Goodbye Myspace

What better way to end an obsession than to start a new, I'm speaking about my Myspace of course. Over the last 3 years I have been keeping in touch with fellow friends and family through a little but wonderful network called Myspace. However, with the onset of Facebook, I never thought I would say this, but it seems that I have lost my once passionate enthusiasm for my old network. To evade my fears of losing my writings forever by deleting my Myspace, I have decided to transfer these matters from my old profile page, to the beginning of my new blogging adventure! These paragraphs to follow are what use to fill the "About Me" section of my profile:

ABOUT ME:
Hmm, What do I say to a crowd who already knows me?
Well, you might have noticed that for the past year I have been promising to graduate college in two semesters. This has finally come true and I can honestly say that college has been the most challenging, exigent, and somehow through the grace of God, a successful time of my life. When it comes to school, I wrote the gospel on giving up, but I guess that’s not true anymore and after 6 of my most life altering years, I will finally be done with my scholarly quest for psychological brilliance. However, after endless hours of text book reading, all-nighters filled with RockStars (sugar-free of course) and Red Bulls ( I know sooo 1999, but I still like them) beside me, and painfully long paper after paper being wrote, I feel that there are still something’s that cannot be grasped solely in the world of academia.

20. Happiness is a choice, choose it!

Often people interpret my good nature for naivety, which isn't true. My optimistic view of the world and the people in it can habitually come back and bite me in the bum sometimes, but I won’t change it. Seeing the good in people is right, just respect yourself enough to make them earn your trust. Please don’t devalue my opinions or thoughts for I have been through a lot in my short 25 year life. I know I’m blond and have a sweet face but the wheels are turning up there. Other than that, I’m a very up beat person. I can find joy in almost everything; music, the gospel, friends, family, horses and even hard work. I’m the type of person who sees something in common with many people. My life, because of the great friends and family which are in it is enriched, but mostly because of the choices, values, attitudes and morals which one possesses. Overall my life is blessed. What more could one ask for?
