A car of my own

This was not an easy purchase for me to make and my indecisiveness/perfectionist personality was certainly a factor in not helping the process. I searched and researched for literally months prior to purchasing one and I think at some point in time I considered buying everything under the sun, at least once.

I started off wanting a Jetta but found them rather expensive, I then turned the more economical Kia but found out they are rather unreliable. I then turned to their sister company Hyundai and found that they suit my needs rather well. I searched and searched for a good deal on one and came upon a used one at *sigh* Camelback Ford. After going through the "used car dealer" experience with them I have declare that company a curse word in this house. They tried to sell me an advertised $13,000 car for $17,000 once we got in the door?!? They are horrible, horrible, scuzzy people in my opinion and hence my Hyundai was no longer an option. Did they really think were that stupid?

My searched continued on to Nissans, Toyotas, and Ford Focus's with private party sellers only, however every time I found a vehicle I liked it seemed impossible to make the sell work. Finally my father came to the rescue one day with the clever and awesome idea of buying a used Hertz rental car. It was PERFECT! The cars are all going to be recently new, kept in good condition and regularly maintained, no young punks will have driven them since you have to 25 to rent one, they give you a great price since no one really wants a rental car, and best of all NO hassle. In my opinion its like buying a car from a vending machine. You just go to the website, pick the car out by category and color and pick the day you want to pick it up. So the search was long and not easy but so worth it since I love my car!

Its a 2011 Nissan Sentra and perfect for my needs. Good gas, cheap but reliable, has an I-Pod connector and backseat for friends/company.

And if your wondering what happened to my truck, I sold to Mexican named Manny. He is one of the hardest working and friendliest people I know here is AZ. He has helped out at the barn where I keep Spark and wanted my truck to do horseshoeing work out of, it worked out perfect for him!
