These balloons were a great accessory to Parley's 2nd b-day party. Grandma gets the credit for the new adventure he had with balloons that "magically" stuck to the walls. Parley's reaction was just like any other 2 year olds....he didn't hesitate once to proudly rip each one off the wall with a bunch of laughs and giggles mixed in between.
Whose child is that? He's so cute!
