A Wednesday With Water

This last Wednesday we decided to invite Torey and Parley over to spend a day at the water park. Par had already had a swimming lesson that morning and you'd think this boy would be a little waterlogged from his swim practice but au contraire. He took to the water park well just like a fish to water. The main attraction...the big red water bucket of course. We were almost always guaranteed a giggle from this guy as the bucket slowly seesawed till finally tipping over and all the water falling out. The quote of the day "more fall down!!!"

Building up the anticipation to go swimming some more.

He loves Grandma and Grandpas toys, but once his mom mentioned more swimming he got this big grin on his face.

First we had to refuel in some shade at the park before we headed to the pool.

I think this boy will eat anything right now. He gobbled his snack up fast.

Very intrigued by the big bucket.....waiting for it to tip over.

"More fall down!!!" He got the best kick out of watching it fall over, and we got a good kick out of watching his expressions, very cute!

Better hurry Parley...were gonna get wet!

Fascinated with the wa wa.

He had fun playing in the pool with his mom.

Had to test out if the pole was edible..

Ahhh, a successful long day at the pool completed. I seriously felt like a strip of beef jerky after that much fun in the sun, we were definitely due for a relaxing ride home to Grandma & Grandpas(Deems Davis's) house.

After 2 exposures to the water this day, you'd think Big P would be sick of it. But not this boy! He just had to test out the water in Grandma and Grandpas pool one last time before heading inside.

Grandma was then able to entertain him with an interactive wild animal book.
