These frogs come out only at night around the neighborhood, and I finally brought my camera along to capture some of them on film. They can range in all sorts of sizes and if you don't see one don't worry, there is still a big chance you will hear them ribbiting around the golf courses. The ribbets are super loud and very unique you can't miss them. But if you do miss the sounds and miss out on the live sightings at the very least you can count on seeing the more unfortunate souls that...well....lets just say they lost in a game of "Frogger" crossing the street hehehe.

Can you spot the Spider?????

There it is......

I haven't thought of a name for this one yet, but it sure is reliable. It caught my eye on a walk one night in the form of a shadow moving over the rocks. Upon closer inspection I could see that something fuzzy was now peeping out of a hole in the ground, and after some patient moments it slowly crawled back out. Since then I have seen it there every night hovering over its hole. It first grossed and creeped me out, but now I'm kinda fond of it:) That must be some sort of sign that this desert heat might be getting to me lol.
That toad is awesome - it looks like one of the bigger ones - but that spider... yuck!
